Description de l’avers	The obverse is dominated by a portrait vignette of a male figure at right, rendered in intaglio against an intricate guilloche underprint in pastel tones of blue and beige. At upper centre, the issuing authority inscription appears above the bond designation and the authorizing legislation reference LEY 4534, with the denomination DIEZ MIL AUSTRALES in bold letterpress at centre. Two signature lines appear at lower left, attributed to the Ministro de Hacienda, Finanzas y Obras Públicas and the Gobernador Interino, with the series and payment clause AL PORTADOR Y A LA VISTA noted below the denomination.
