| Obverse description | Plain light-toned note with series letter 'A' and serial number at upper left and right respectively. The central text in bold letterpress reads 'NEM KAMATOZÓ PÉNZTÁRJEGY' above the large denomination inscription 'TIZEZER ADÓPENGŐRŐL'. Two manuscript facsimile signatures appear below, attributed to the Számvigazgató (Financial Director) and Vezérigazgató (Director General), with a space for the owner's signature beneath. A circular Hungarian Postal Savings Bank seal is printed at lower right, and some examples bear an additional round cancellation stamp from local post offices. The lower banner reads 'MÁSRA ÁT NEM RUHÁZHATÓ' (non-transferable). |

A pénztárjegyet csak a tulajdonos válthatja be. Kívánatra a személyazonosság igazolandó. Meghatalmazásra a takarékbetétkönyvre vonatkozó rendelkezések érvényesek. 2.) A 12.430/1945. M. E. számú, illetőleg a 950/1946 IV. a. P. M. számú adópengő rendeletekben a felmondás tekintetében megszabott korlátozások erre a pénztárjegyre is vonatkoznak. Amennyiben a beváltás a felmondás lejáratának napján nem történik meg, a felmondást meg kell ismételni. 3.) A pénztárjegyet a M. Postatakarékpénztár és fiókjai, valamint az ezzel megbízott postahivatalok váltják be, az adópengőnek a beváltás napján érvényes jelzőszáma szerint. 4.)
