The lower portion carries a text block giving redemption terms at the Hauptkasse der Aug. Thyssen-Hütte Gewerkschaft, Hamborn am Rhein, dated 1. September 1923, with two facsimile signatures below, and rosette underprints bearing the numeral '10 000 000' at lower left and right. |

The denomination 'Zehn Millionen Mark' is repeated in tall Gothic blackletter script on both the left and right side panels, each set within elaborate guilloche latticework borders. An ornate diamond-shaped cartouche at the upper right carries the numeral '10000000' in a decorative surround. |
