Two allegorical putti seated on rocky outcrops flank a central vignette of the August-Thyssen steelworks complex, rendered in fine letterpress; the denomination '10 000 000 Mark' appears in bold Gothic blackletter script above the written-out legend 'Zehn Millionen Mark'. The lower portion carries a text block giving redemption terms at the Hauptkasse der Aug. Thyssen-Hütte Gewerkschaft, Hamborn am Rhein, dated 1. September 1923, with two facsimile signatures below, and rosette underprints bearing the numeral '10 000 000' at lower left and right. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is printed in dark grey-green and presents a large central vignette of the August-Thyssen blast furnace and steelworks at Hamborn, rendered in fine engraved style with workers visible in the foreground amid industrial structures and billowing smoke. The denomination 'Zehn Millionen Mark' is repeated in tall Gothic blackletter script on both the left and right side panels, each set within elaborate guilloche latticework borders. An ornate diamond-shaped cartouche at the upper right carries the numeral '10000000' in a decorative surround. |
