The central field is enclosed within an elaborate engraved guilloche border with ornamental rosette cornerpieces, and bears the denomination 'Zehn Millionen Mark' in large Gothic blackletter script at the top, followed by a serial number line, and a multi-line letterpress text body declaring acceptability at all public treasuries of the Regierungsbezirk Trier and the Province of Birkenfeld, dated 'TRIER, den 14. August 1923', with the issuing committee's manuscript signatures at the lower right. |
