September 1923' appears at centre below the denomination, with two manuscript signatures at lower left and lower right above the designations 'Bürgermeister' and 'Stadtkasse' respectively. The denomination '10 Millionen Mark' appears in large red numerals on both the left and right sides, flanked by crosshatch-pattern guilloche panels.
