Reverse description Full-length frontal figure of Christ in Majesty, nimbed and robed, standing within a beaded pointed oval (vesica piscis) bordered by a ring of six-pointed stars. Christ raises his right hand in benediction and holds the Gospels in his left. The surrounding Latin legend, a votive inscription invoking Christ as ruler, encircles the entire composition in the outer border, consistent with the reverse type used on Venetian zecchini throughout the Republic's coinage.
