The word "THE CENTRAL RESERVE BANK OF CHINA" appears in white lettering on a solid black banner across the top. Numerals "1" occupy each of the four corners within floral guilloche cartouches, and two facsimile signatures are printed in the lower portion — Vice Governor at lower left and Governor at lower right — above the year date "1940" set in the bottom border. |
