| Mô tả mặt trước | The obverse is entirely occupied by a boldly executed thuluth calligraphic inscription filling the flan, reading the royal titulature of Fat'h Ali Shah Qajar. The legend 'Al-Sultan Fat'h Ali Shah Qajar' is rendered in sweeping, interlocking strokes characteristic of the Qajar court calligraphic tradition, with the regnal year 1213 AH incorporated into the lower field. The irregular hammered flan imparts an organic border to the design, and the raised lettering stands prominently against the flat gold field with no additional decorative motifs. |

The phrase 'al-Izzatu lillah' (Glory belongs to God alone) appears in the upper portion, while the mint designation 'Dar al-mu'minin Kashan' is inscribed in the lower registers. The script is executed in the bold, angular Qajar calligraphic style, with overlapping letterforms and diacritical dots distributed across the field. A decorative dot-and-pellet border runs along the inner edge of the irregular flan, framing the inscription. The overall design is consistent with Qajar hammered gold coinage of the early nineteenth century. |
