Beschrijving voorzijde Diademed and draped bust of Emperor Anthemius facing right, rendered in a barbarous imitative style characteristic of late 5th-century Germanic tremisses. The effigy displays a pearl diadem and cuirassed shoulders, with the facial features simplified and stylized relative to official imperial prototypes. A blundered Latin legend surrounds the bust, partially legible as D N ANTHEMIVS followed by a degraded letter. The overall engraving reflects the hand of a non-imperial workshop adapting Roman iconographic conventions.
Schrift voorzijde Latin

Beschrijving keerzijde A cross pattée on steps or globus cruciger, centrally placed within a wreath border composed of pellets or beaded dots, consistent with late Roman tremissis reverse types. The cross is rendered in a bold, slightly irregular manner typical of barbarous imitations. A wreath of stylized laurel or bead-and-reel design encircles the entire design, closing at the top with a pellet or ring. The exergue contains a blundered form of the mint mark CONOB, indicating imitation of Constantinople gold coinage. The overall composition closely follows official Western Roman tremissis prototypes of the Anthemius period.
