The national coat of arms of Uzbekistan occupies the central field, depicting a rising sun over mountains with a river valley, flanked by cotton bolls on the left and wheat ears on the right, tied at the base with a ribbon in the national colours. A eight-pointed star surmounts the shield, enclosing a crescent moon and star. The circular legend in Cyrillic script reads ЎЗБЕКИСТОН РЕСПУБЛИКАСИ along the upper periphery, with twelve five-pointed stars arranged around the outer rim symbolising the twelve provinces of the republic. |

The numeral '1' is prominently displayed in the upper central field in a bold serif typeface. Flanking the denomination on either side are two upright sprays of cotton bolls and leaves, their bases meeting at the lower centre to form an open wreath. Beneath the wreath junction, the Cyrillic legend ТИЙИН is inscribed in capital letters, followed by a small ornamental dot separator, with the four-digit date 1994 arched along the lower periphery. |
