Reverse description A large, elaborate quartered coat of arms of the Habsburg dynasty occupies the central field, surmounted by a closed imperial crown topped with a small cross. The shield displays multiple heraldic quarters including the imperial eagle, the arms of Austria, Burgundy, Castile, León, Bohemia, and Tyrol, among others, all rendered in fine detail characteristic of the Hall mint's craftsmanship. Decorative acanthus-leaf mantling flanks the shield on either side. The circular Latin legend NECNON ARCHIDVCES·A/V DVC·BVR·COMI·TIROL runs around the periphery within a beaded border, enumerating Rudolf II's archduke and ducal titles.
