Reverse description Three elaborately crested helmets surmount a large baroque shield bearing a quartered coat of arms representing the territorial holdings of the Piast dukes of Liegnitz-Brieg and Wohlau. The heraldic composition is rendered in the ornate Baroque style typical of mid-seventeenth-century Silesian coinage, with the helmet plumes fanning outward above the shield. The entire device is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the Latin legend running around the circumference. The date 1656 appears incorporated at the conclusion of the reverse legend.
