The shield incorporates multiple heraldic quarterings including lions, a horse, and checkered fields, rendered in high relief with fine detail. A decorative foliate base supports the ensemble. At the centre foreground, a tall column is surmounted by a crowned monogram within a wreath, above which celestial clouds and a radiant eye symbol emerge. The arc legend REDEVNT SATVRNIA REGNA — a Virgilian motto meaning 'the Golden Age returns' — curves around the upper field.
