The text reads: IN MEMORIAM / IUBILAEI DE REFORMAT. / ECCLES: IN URBE BRUNSV. / SUB AUSPICIIS / AUGUSTI WILHELMI / AUGUSTIS / ANNO REGIM: XIV. / CELEBRATI D. V. SEPT. / MDCCXXVIII. Floral or rosette ornaments appear at the top and bottom of the inscription, with the mint-master's initials H.H. placed below the final line. The design is entirely typographic with no pictorial elements, framed by the reeded border. |
