Beschrijving voorzijde Bust of Archbishop Andreas Jakob von Dietrichstein facing left, wearing ecclesiastical vestments including a mozetta and pectoral cross, his hair flowing in long curls typical of the baroque period. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine engraving, conveying both spiritual authority and aristocratic dignity. The circular Latin legend surrounds the effigy near the dentilated rim. The engraver's initials F·M·K appear in small letters at the base of the bust, below the truncation.

Beschrijving keerzijde Elaborate baroque coat of arms of the Prince-Archbishop of Salzburg, surmounted by a galero with six rows of tassels cascading on either side and a processional cross above, with a sword to the right, all rendered in rich detail. The quartered shield incorporates the arms of the Archbishopric of Salzburg and the personal arms of the Dietrichstein family, set within baroque scrollwork and cartouche ornaments. The date 1750 is split across the upper field, flanked by the legend SALISBURG. The full circular Latin legend reads around the coin within the dentilated border, referencing the archbishop's titles as Apostolic Legate and Primate of Germany.
