| Reverse description | Central motif consists of a large geometric octagonal star formed by interlaced angular bands rendered in a traditional Kazakh ornamental pattern, occupying most of the field and bordered by a ring of small raised dots near the rim. Within the central panel of the star, the numeral '1' appears prominently at top centre, the denomination ТЕҢГЕ is inscribed below in Cyrillic characters, and the date 1993 is positioned to the lower left. The mint monogram ҚҰБ (National Bank of Kazakhstan) appears in small characters to the upper right of the numeral. |
