The marginal legend surrounding the foliated circle contains the mint name (Firuzabad Baldat) and the regnal year, though both are partially off-flan on this specimen. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, typical of hand-struck Bengal Sultanate coinage of this period. |
