| Beschrijving keerzijde | Arabic inscription in Tughra calligraphic style occupying the central field, continuing the royal titulature of the sultan. The legend reads Khalifat Allah Nasir al-Islam wa'l-Muslimin, proclaiming the sultan's spiritual authority as Caliph of God and Helper of Islam and the Muslims. The elongated vertical strokes of the Tughra script fill the flan, with the characteristic diagonal sweep bisecting the field. The hammered flan is irregular in outline with slight surface undulation, consistent with Bengal Sultanate silver tankas of the early fifteenth century. No border or decorative elements are present beyond the inscriptions. |
