| Reverse description | Reverse displays dense multi-line Arabic inscription in bold hammered relief occupying the full coin surface, with the mint name Ahmadabad and the regnal year rendered in Arabic numerals visible in the central field. A small circular hole is present slightly off-centre, a characteristic post-mint piercing occasionally encountered on sultanate tankas used as ornaments or talismans. The calligraphy follows the angular, compressed style typical of Gujarat mint production, with deeply struck strokes and flat fields between the letters. |
