| Reverse description | Central geometric motif — a six-pointed star or interlaced device — occupies the medallion at the heart of the flan, with Newari inscriptions filling the surrounding annular field in a continuous circular legend. A raised beaded border frames the entire design at the periphery. The hammered strike produces characteristic uneven relief, consistent with Malla dynasty coinage of the early seventeenth century. The overall layout mirrors the obverse in its concentric arrangement of legend and central device. |
