| Reverse description | Central device depicts a three-quarter facing bust of the celebrated Persian poet and Sufi mystic Jalal ad-Din Rumi (Mawlana), shown wearing a tall turban and traditional robes with a long beard, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. To the left of the bust, within a decorative cartouche, the inscription '800 СОЛ' (800 years) commemorates the 800th anniversary of his birth. The circular legend around the upper rim reads 'ШОИР ВА МУТАФАККИРИ БУЗУРГ МАВЛОНО ҶАЛОЛИДДИНИ РУМӢ' (The great poet and thinker Mawlana Jaloliddini Rumi). The lower rim bears two stars flanking the dates '1207–1273', denoting the years of his birth and death. |
