| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse bears a standing or frontal figure of Saint Constantine, the patron saint invoked on Saluzzo coinage of this period, rendered in a linear style typical of small hammered billon issues. A partial Latin legend surrounds the figure along the coin's edge, reading SANCTVS CONSTANTI, truncated by the limits of the irregular flan. The strike is characteristic of the Saluzzo mint's output under Francesco, with uneven metal flow and a somewhat crude but recognizable effigy. The field is plain with no additional ornamental devices. |
