| 背面描述 | A bold foliated cross occupies the centre of the field, its four arms terminating in ornate foliate or lily-shaped finials, dividing the field into four quadrants. Small heraldic or decorative devices appear in the angles formed by the arms of the cross. The circumferential Latin legend SALUS MUNDI, meaning 'Salvation of the World', runs around the outer border separated by pellets, enclosed within a dotted inner circle. The overall design is typical of the devotional reverse types found on minor copper coinage of the Italian duchies in the eighteenth century. |
