| Opis awersu | Central field occupied by an elaborate ornate cross with flared, foliage-decorated arms, each quadrant filled with acanthus leaf motifs and floral rosettes. Small pellets are placed at the junctions of the cross arms, and a central rosette forms the nexus. The mintmaster initials A·M· appear in the lower portion of the field, flanked by decorative stops. The peripheral legend IOANNES·CORNELIO·DVX·VEN·A·M· runs along the inner border, itself separated from the toothed outer rim by a beaded inner circle. |

| Opis rewersu | Central device consists of a large baroque cartouche surmounted by elaborate scrollwork and acanthus foliage, enclosing the winged Lion of Saint Mark passant guardant in the field. The lion is depicted with wings spread and body facing left in a heraldic posture. Below the cartouche, the denomination numeral 140 is prominently displayed between two rosette stops in the lower exergual area. The circumferential legend SANCTVS·MARCVS·VENET· runs along the inner beaded border, with the entire design enclosed within a toothed outer rim. |
