| Popis líce | Oval hammered gold koban with a finely textured, granulated field surface. The central area is dominated by a large, boldly brushed ink inscription in Chinese (Kanji) characters reading '武蔵壹两光次' (Musashi Ichi Ryō Mitsutsugu), applied in a flowing, calligraphic hand characteristic of the Kinza mint. A small decorative floral or paulownia-style seal cartouche appears near the lower edge of the flan. The overall aesthetic reflects the hand-crafted artistic tradition of late Sengoku to early Edo period Japanese gold coinage. |
