| Reverse description | The field carries a multi-line Persian legend arranged in horizontal registers, with the regnal year (RY) 18 of Shah Alam II rendered in Arabic numerals at the designated position within the text. From RY 18 onward, the date was repositioned to the centre of the bottom line of the legend, a stylistic convention introduced during the reign of local ruler Hindupat Singh (1758–1777). The mint name 'shahr Chhatarpur' appears along the lower portion of the legend, explicitly identifying this coin as a product of the Chhatarpur mint of Panna state. |
