Reverse description The reverse displays the mint name and regnal year inscription in bold Naskh Arabic script, again arranged in two registers separated by a horizontal line. The mint name Itawa appears in the lower register alongside the Hijri year and regnal year notation. Dotted ornaments punctuate the field, and the legend is enclosed within a beaded circular border consistent with Mughal hammered rupee coinage of this period.
