The coin exhibits attractive iridescent cabinet toning over the silver flan, with the hammered surfaces showing slight irregularity typical of hand-struck Mughal rupees. |

The upper portion bears the name and titles of Emperor Jahangir, while the lower register contains the Hijri date and the mint name Ahmadabad. A numeral indicating the regnal year appears within the field. The design is framed by a dentilated border consistent with the obverse, and the flan shows the characteristic irregular edge of a hammered coin. |
