| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field dominated by a stylized leaf motif in high relief, rendered with fine hatched detailing, flanked by floral sprays and grape-like cluster ornaments. A frozen Vikram Samvat date of VS 1885 appears in Persian script within the legend band at the top of the flan. The overall design follows the Sikh rupee tradition of naturalistic botanical imagery with no royal portrait, in keeping with the aniconographic conventions of the Lahore Darbar coinage. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays a prominent Chhatra (royal parasol or umbrella) motif at centre, rendered in relief amid an elaborate field of scrolling floral and foliate ornaments. The characteristic 'lazy W' or inverted arch device appears beneath the Chhatra, a diagnostic feature of the Amritsar mint issues. Beaded floral elements fill the surrounding field, and the Vikram Samvat regnal date is incorporated within the Persian-script legend running along the upper register of the coin. |
