Reverse description Stylized Arabic inscription occupying the entire coin surface in a multi-line format, characteristic of Afghan rupees of the Barakzai period. The legends are arranged within a divided field, with pellet ornaments decorating the margins and interstices. The script, bold and angular in the Naskh tradition, records mint and regnal information consistent with Kabul issues of Dost Muhammad's first reign. The irregular flan and uneven strike are typical features of hammered silver coinage produced at the Kabul mint during this era.
