| Description de l’avers | Central field bears the Arabic legend 'Daud Sulaiman Shah Kararani khuldallahu mulkahu wa sultanahu' (meaning 'May God perpetuate his kingdom and sultanate'), arranged in multiple lines within the coin's field. A Nagari legend reading 'Sri Daud Sahi' appears at the bottom of the obverse, reflecting the bilingual character of Bengal Sultanate coinage intended for both Muslim and Hindu subjects. The inscriptions are executed in a characteristic hammered style consistent with late Bengal Sultanate numismatic tradition. |

| Description du revers | Central square frame contains the Kalima-i-Shahada, the Islamic declaration of faith: 'La ilaha illallah Muhammadun Rasulullah' (There is no god but Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah), arranged within the square. Around the corners of the central square appear the names of the first four Rightly Guided Caliphs of Islam — Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali — a standard formulaic arrangement frequently encountered on medieval Indo-Muslim coinage. The overall layout follows the established convention of Bengal Sultanate rupees, with the square-within-circle compositional scheme typical of the period. |
