At the four corners outside the square are the four sacred Hindu symbols arranged clockwise from the top left: Chakra (wheel), Shankha (conch), Gada (mace), and Padma (lotus). Encircling the central device is a beaded or plain border, with the legend 'Shree Shree Shree Gorkhanath' (श्री श्री श्री गोरखनाथ) arranged in segments around the outer circle in Devanagari script. Above the garlands within the inner area, the inscription 'Shree Bhavani' (श्री भवानी) appears, with the denomination 'Ek Rupaiya' (एक रुपैयाँ) inscribed in a straight line across the centre, and 'Nepal' (नेपाल) arching along the lower semicircle. |
