Anmerkungen

Pakistan's 1 Rupee note shifted from the Finance Secretary's signature to that of the Finance Minister during this period — a small bureaucratic change that nonetheless marks a meaningful transition in how the government presented its monetary authority after the 1971 separation from East Pakistan. The P#10 series was produced entirely domestically by the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation in Karachi, one of the earlier instances of the government relying wholly on in-country production rather than commissioning abroad.

Two signature varieties exist under this pick number, with the Kazi and Abdul Rauf Shaikh variants commanding different collector attention depending on condition.
