| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in blue-green on a pale ground, centred on a lobed cartouche within an intricate geometric guilloche border with the numeral '1' repeated at each corner. Within the cartouche, the crescent moon and five-pointed star — the national symbols of Pakistan — are placed to the right, with Urdu inscriptions for the issuer, denomination, and a facsimile signature of the Finance Secretary below. A secondary Urdu legend in smaller script at the foot of the cartouche identifies the signatory's title and the Government of Pakistan. |
