| Beschrijving voorzijde | At centre, the coat of arms of Transnistria depicted in high relief, featuring a Soviet-style emblem with crossed hammer and sickle surmounted by a five-pointed star, flanked by two sheaves of wheat intertwined with ears of corn and grapevines, and bound by ribbons inscribed 'ПМР' on each side and 'РМН' at the base. The denomination '1 РУБЛЬ' appears in large characters below the arms, with the date '2025' beneath, separated by two raised dots on either side. The circular legend 'ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК' runs along the upper periphery in Cyrillic characters. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Transnistria — formally the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic — remains unrecognized by any United Nations member state, yet its Republican Bank has issued commemorative coinage since the 1990s with the consistency of a fully sovereign mint. The Year of the Horse piece belongs to a Chinese lunar calendar series the bank has pursued across multiple cycles, an unusual program for a breakaway territory whose population is predominantly Russian-speaking and Orthodox Christian.
KM# 294 is among the earliest dated issues from this mint for 2025.
