| Descrizione del rovescio | Central device depicts the Russian Imperial double-headed eagle displayed, with wings spread, bearing a shield on its breast and a sword positioned behind the body. Above the eagle, within the inner circle, appears the motto За Вѣру, Царѧ и Отечество! (For Faith, Tsar and Fatherland!), flanked by the founding and commemorative dates 1929 and 1989. The numeral 60 appears prominently below the eagle above the legend ЛѢТЪ БОРЬБЫ (Years of Struggle).
