Reverse description Red-brown print on beige paper; an ornate large numeral vignette rendered in intricate guilloche work occupies the left portion of the design. The Small Coat of Arms of the Russian Empire is centrally placed, flanked symmetrically by three clauses of legal tender text set in formal Cyrillic lettering. The overall composition adheres to the restrained, utilitarian aesthetic of Imperial Russian State Credit Notes.
Reverse lettering 1. Размѣнъ государ- ственныхъ кредитныхъ билетов на золотую монету обезпечивается всемъ достоянiемъ Госу- дарства. 2. Государственные кре- дитные билеты имѣютъ хожденie во всей Империiи наравнѣ съ золотою мо- нетою. 3. За поддѣлку кредит- ныхъ билетовъ виновные под- вергаются лишенiю всѣхъ правъ состоянiя и ссылкѣ въ каторжную работу.
