背面描述 Central field displays a schematic map of the Chinese Eastern Railway route, showing the railway line running across Manchuria with station points marked, and the name 'Пограничная' indicated at one junction point. The numeral '1' in large format occupies the lower centre of the field, flanked by the founding year '1903' to the left and the commemorative year '2013' to the right, with the denomination 'рубль' inscribed below. A circular Cyrillic legend reading '110 ЛЕТ КИТАЙСКО-ВОСТОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗНОЙ ДОРОГЕ' (110 Years of the Chinese Eastern Railway) appears both along the upper and lower inner border, framed by a beaded ring and reeded rim.

附加信息

The Chinese Eastern Railway, built by Russia between 1897 and 1903 across Manchuria, created a string of Russian-administered towns along its route — Pogranichnaya among them, sitting directly on the Sino-Russian border in what is now Suifenhe. These railway settlements operated as quasi-extraterritorial Russian enclaves within Chinese territory under the 1896 concession agreement with the Qing dynasty.

This piece belongs to a modern commemorative series revisiting that railway history. Pogranichnaya was the eastern terminus of the line's branch toward Vladivostok, and the station itself survived well into the Soviet period before the USSR transferred all remaining railway rights to the People's Republic of China in 1952.
