| 裏面の説明 | The Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed at the centre of the field, with wings spread, each head surmounted by a small crown and the whole device topped by a large Imperial crown with ribbons. The eagle's breast bears an escutcheon depicting St. George slaying the dragon, itself surrounded by an elaborate quartered shield bearing the arms of the principal territories of the Empire. The right talon holds a sceptre and the left an orb. Below the eagle, the denomination РУБЛЬ is inscribed to the left and the four-digit date with the abbreviation Г. (год, meaning year) to the right, separated by a rosette ornament, all within a beaded border. |
