| Obverse description | The Imperial double-headed eagle coat of arms is positioned at the left, with the State Bank monogram at the right within an ornate architectural frame of columns and guilloche borders. The central panel bears the Cyrillic inscription ОДИН РУБЛЬ (One Rouble) with the issuing text above, and two manuscript signatures of the Manager and Cashier below. The date appears in a decorative cartouche at the foot of the note, flanked by the serial number repeated at both lower corners. |
