| Beschrijving voorzijde | The central field bears a stylised numeral '50' superimposed with the FELCRA Berhad corporate logo, rendered as interlocked diamond forms symbolic of the organisation's identity. The legend 'BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA' is inscribed in raised Latin lettering along the upper periphery, with the denomination '1 RINGGIT' positioned along the lower rim. Flanking the central device on both sides are decorative sprigs of paddy, evoking agricultural heritage and national prosperity. The entire composition is contained within a raised beaded inner border. |

FELCRA — the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority — was established in 1966 to restructure smallholder land schemes and bring subsistence farmers into organized agricultural production, primarily rubber and oil palm. Its fiftieth anniversary in 2016 prompted this commemorative issue, one of several ringgit pieces Bank Negara Malaysia struck that year in Nordic gold, an aluminum-bronze alloy developed by Finnish company Outokumpu and widely adopted by central banks for its resistance to counterfeiting and corrosion.
