| Reverse description | The central field presents a stylised rural landscape commemorating FELCRA's development legacy, depicting oil palm trees, pineapple plants, broadleaf vegetation, and industrial structures rendered in flat relief. A winding road or river traverses the foreground, symbolising rural progress and connectivity. The legend 'SAMBUTAN JUBLI EMAS FELCRA' arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin characters, while the commemorative date range '1966 - 2016' is inscribed along the lower rim, marking the organisation's golden jubilee. The design is enclosed within a plain raised border. |

FELCRA — the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority — was established in 1966 to restructure smallholder land schemes and bring subsistence farmers into organized agricultural production, primarily rubber and oil palm. Its fiftieth anniversary in 2016 prompted this commemorative issue, one of several ringgit pieces Bank Negara Malaysia struck that year in Nordic gold, an aluminum-bronze alloy developed by Finnish company Outokumpu and widely adopted by central banks for its resistance to counterfeiting and corrosion.
