Reverse description The reverse features the bold Arabic legend of the issuing authority arranged in a circular arc around the upper and lateral fields. At the centre of the design, a raised circular frame encloses the Arabic numeral '١' (1) above the denomination 'ريال' (Riyal) in smaller lettering. The dual date — Hijri 1396 and Gregorian 1976 — is inscribed in the lower field in Arabic-Indic numerals, separated by a short rule. The design is clean and typographic with no pictorial elements, emphasising the denomination and authority.
