Opis awersu	The obverse of the host coin features a bare-headed portrait bust of Rafael Carrera facing left, engraved by Trener, occupying the central field. A Type IV Salvadoran countermark — comprising the letter 'R' within a beaded circle of approximately 5 mm diameter — is applied over the lower portion of the bust, just below the truncation. The encircling legend reads RAFAEL CARRERA P! DE LA R! DE GUATEMALA, separated from the toothed border by a fine inner rim.
