Reverse description Irregular hammered flan displaying the two-element Arabic legend 'Farghana mis' (فرغانه مس), identifying the mint as Farghana and the metal as copper (mis). The inscription is set within a plain, undecorated field characteristic of the small-denomination pul coinage of the Khoqand Khanate. The strike is weak in places, with portions of the legend flat or partially off-flan, consistent with the crude hammered technique employed at the provincial Farghana mint during this period.
