The obverse displays the crowned royal bust or heraldic device typical of Bohemian coinage of the period, rendered in low relief consistent with hammered technique. A circular Latin legend surrounds the central device in uncial characters, now heavily worn and partially illegible. The counterstamp, applied with a punch, is visible in the field and served as a local validation or revaluation mark. The overall surface shows significant wear and flan irregularity characteristic of late 14th to early 15th century circulation coinage. |
