Victoria is depicted wearing an ornate, jewelled Gothic crown and richly detailed medieval-style robes with elaborate decorative medallions at the shoulders. The Gothic legend in blackletter-style script encircles the effigy, and the engraver's initials EIC appear in the lower right field. A fine beaded border frames the entire design. |
