| Opis awersu | The obverse is printed in blue and orange on a cream ground, with the crowned Libyan royal arms in a cartouche at the left, flanked by stylised wheat-ear vignettes at the outer edges. A dense guilloche underprint in orange and green occupies the central panel, overlaid with Arabic text giving the denomination and the legal-tender and issuing authority inscriptions. The serial number appears in both the lower-left and upper-right panels, with the Bank of Libya name in Arabic script across the top. |
