The shield is surrounded by a beaded inner border. The circumferential Latin legend reads CHRISTIANUS IIII D G DANI NO V G REX, identifying the king by name and his titles as King of Denmark, Norway, the Vends, and the Goths. The coin is struck with characteristic early seventeenth-century hammered technique, with a milled or rope-edged outer rim. |

| Popis rubu | Central device consists of a large, elaborately rendered royal crown with fleurs-de-lis and cross finials, occupying the majority of the inner field and enclosed within a beaded border. The mint master's initials R and F flank the crown at the sides, with the privy letter P appearing above. The date 1624 is divided below the crown in four numerals separated by pellets. A small trefoil or cross mintmark appears at the very base of the inner field. The circumferential Latin legend BENEDICTIO DOMINI DIVITES FACIT, a Biblical motto from Proverbs 10:22 meaning 'The blessing of the Lord maketh rich,' runs around the outer border. |
